Is there any space between the rear fiberglass cap and the back wall?

I'm thinking about mounting an LED tailgate light bar on the back of our 3010re just under the back window for more visible brake lights and turn signals...

I want to do a clean install and fish the wiring down to the tail lights to tap into the lighting harness.

Not sure how the back cap is mounted - is it clad to the rear wall? Is it fastened with brackets?... ???

I don't want to cut into it until I'm sure I've got room...

Anyone know if there is room under the skin of the rear cap to fish wires up/down/across??

Appreciate any and all advice and information.

I have a '13 model and am not sure if there is room. I have drilled up into the cabinets on the right hand side to put another cable feed in (before I knew about SWM) and just remembering the distances I believe the outer skin is fairly close. It certainly bulges out by the standard tail lights.

Best thing ink would be to drop the chloroplast and see what you can see.

My best guess is the rear panel is held around the edges and that might allow a fish tape enough room.
