2014 heartland savannah

just new to this and trying to work out a few bugs.tv in bedroom doesnt work.antenna is up and i go throught the auto channel setting and never get anything. everyone else is recieving air channels here. number two is wall safe is closed and locked,dont have combination.is there a way to reset this? thanks fred n barb

Do you have the button pushed on the booster in the bedroom ? The little red light needs to be on for OTA TV and off for cable.

You should have a key. A cover on the safe comes off and reveals the key hole...from there you should be able to reset the combo. If you don't have the instruction manual, go online for the manual.
