Pocket door adjustments

Never really saw this earlier but noticed that the pocket door in our BC bathroom isn't even w/ door jam and not sure about adjustments for it. Bottom of door is tight against jam, but come up about 2' and the gap starts all the way to the top and there is approx a 1/4" gap at the top. Do see the 2 screws/bolts appear to be adjustable, but not sure if they really are and if so, would it interfere with opening/closing of the door itself with having such a large gap and reducing it? Another thought too was to get a long strip of beige felt and attach to the door, but then again could not taper it down. Have others experienced the same thing? What are the best options?

The door is very adjustable...
If you can't fit the wrench in there you can unclip the little lever and drop the door down to adjust. I'm not near the rig to take a picture of the clip

Push the plastic clip out of the way and adjust with an open end wrench. You may need to adjust both front and rear in order to engage all the threads. Replace the clip and that's it. Once you get the hang of it, it's an easy task.
