Considering purchasing a Landmark 5th Wheel

Brand new to this website. Just got back from the Greensboro, North Carolina RV show and was really impressed by the Landmark Monticello 5th wheel. Just wanted to hear some feed back on anybody that might own one of these. Reviewed the brouchure and it seems like all the "standard" options are what other manufactures consider "extra" options.
We plan on attending the Raleigh, North Carolina RV show and hopefully will be able to see more of these 5th wheels.
What kind of warranty does Heartland provide?

We have a Monticello and love it. It does have the usual problems that occur like leaking shower, a light fixture over the desk that stopped working, the closet rod pulling loose, and the latest, the floor in the kitchen area is coming up. It irks you when you pay that much for the rig and experiance the same problems as a mid-priced unit.
However the plusses are great: king size bed, the large rear loung area, the large storage area in the basement

Heartland has a great product but some problems as you can see. I think you will be very happy as most of us are. If you order one, I would suggest getting a heat pump/air conditioner without the remote control and a second unit in the bedroom if you get one of the larger models.
