Exterior delaminaing and cracking on 2013 3010 Cyclone

What is going on here!? I noticed the rear side wall starting to separate from the core and look like a wave earlier this spring and have been watching it, then I just noticed this crack before leaving this weekend for a trip. I'm really disappointed to find that the skin is glued to plywood??? I was under the assumption from all the research I did before choosing heartland that the exterior walls had a foam core that was compressed. Why am I looking at rotting plywood? Please explain why it is constructed like this and how this can be fixed.

I don't have answers for your issues, but here's some pics of a Big Country at the factory to see what the construction methods are.

Most delam is due to water intrusion. You are required to maintain the caulking as an owner maintenance item.

The pictures look rotated. The tear in the sidewall looks like maybe it suffered a significant blow or stress to the frame? Did someone drop it, or been in an accident, or towing with an unapproved gooseneck hitch or something?
