Need more recipes

Hey all you camping cooks - I need you Do you have a signature dish you make when you camp/RV? Do people go ga-ga over your rally potluck dishes? If so, please post your recipes here. You can bask in the glory and we can try out some good eats.

And........ I can use them to feed the Recipe of the Month feature on the soon-to-be-launched new Heartland RVs factory website.

this one is probably old hat for people but my family loves it:

pound of potatoes
2 packages onion soup mix
1/2 cup of oil

cut the potatoes into bite size pieces
sprinkle with soup mix and oil in an aluminum foil 'pouch'
put on the BBQ for 30 -60 minutes until done, turning frequently to distribute the oil.

Thanks for this recipe. I haven't tried this one yet. Think I will give it a go next week.
