Water leak in bedroom!!

Well this afternoon we were in our Sundance XLT taking a little nap when we had a wonderful thunderstorm.....wonderful sounds of rain on the roof and then oops.....drip, drip, drip right on the pillows...yikes!!

It looks like it was coming from the cap connection right in the middle....we will see if something needs more calking tomorrow. Thankfully it happened now and not when we were in the middle of our upcoming Labor Day trip. (Thank goodness it also stopped raining )

Anyone have this experience too??

We had a similar experience. We had a really hard rain ( all nighter) and heard dripping coming down from the shower skylight. I looked on the roof and everything looked fine, but I knew there was a problem. Upon a second very close inspection, I found a small crack in the skylight mounting flange ( under the sealer) that extended back toward the skylight bubble. I sealed the small crack, but fear it will continue to extend into the skylight bubble. So far no more leaks, so were keeping our fingers crossed.
