Has anyone installed a compartment slide in a 3160 ? My worry is mounting it To the floor. Plumbing , wiring or waste tanks below are my concern.

Normally the tanks are not in the area of the front storage compartments.
And the wires typically come in above that compartment.
I don't think you will have a problem mounting a tray in the front compartment.
Do you now have a 3160, or Montana or shopping for a 3160?

Peace

Jim - in my experience, use fasteners of 1" length and you'll be clear of any tank that may be below the storage bay floor. Half of that screw length will be in the floor and half below. Anything longer is not useful.

Jim...I think he was trying to determine the layout of our basement and where the tanks might be located, as you have the Montana in your info, but you were asking about the 3160.
