Finally got to take it on a test tow. Love it so far! Had to get the RW inspected and I took it out on the highway to get a feel for it. Then I took it across the scales. I'm glad I made the leap into a Dually!!! 3200 lbs pin weight! Truck with under 1/2 tank of fuel weighed in a 9040 (filled up this morning 22.5 gals = another 160 lbs. so truck is 9200 with full tank). Now I need to weigh it again with the Ranger and all our crap in it! I'm thinking it's going to be close to maxxed out on the trailer GVWR.

Sharp truck! Congrats! You'll be glad you upgraded to a 3/4 ton PU the first time you pull the camper. I'll never go back to a 1/2 ton unless we decide to park the camper permanently down at the coast.Traded up from my 07 F150 to this. 2016 F250 with less than 14500 miles. Gas not diesel. My daily driver but we only pull about 7000lbs with the Wilderness. Now to just get the time to go do a little camping.
