I'm new to 5th wheels and forums. My wife and I are planniing to purchase a 5th wheel in which we will full-time in retirement. None We are considering a '09 BH 3600RE. My question is the location of the rear electric stabilizers because I want to mount a carrier for a Honda Helix 250 (350lbs) which will be our mode of transportation when set up. Not having to drive the truck everytime we want to "go" will save considerable fuel dollars. The BC 3500RL has more frame exposed but we like the BH RE floorplan better. Does anyone have experience with such a setup?
Another question, if I may. Is there any real difference between the BC and the BH in the actual construction, insulation, etc. From the brochures it appears that they are the same except for the ammenities and the price. If so, the BC would probably be a suitable unit for full-time as well. Any advice will be welcome. Thanks.
