Southern Colorado Campground Suggestions

Hello all,
We have some vacation time in July and are looking for a southern Colorado campground in the I-25 corridor - Trinidad, Pueblo, Colorado Springs, etc. We have a 44- foot Bighorn and would like full hookups. We typically use our campsite as a base camp to explore the surrounding area.

Any suggestions?

Thanks in advance,

Lathrop State Park near Walsenburg is a good place to stay and then travel to Great Sand Dunes National Monument.
Mountaindale near Colorado Springs to visit attractions there and also close to Royal Gorge.
Cheyenne Mt. State Park also.

These are three of our favorite places to stay, yet allows travel to a lot of the tourist sites in both areas. We live just east of Co. Springs.

They all have full hookups except Lathrop which is electric only. Water and a dump station are available.

Moved on to the next thing...
Royal View Campround at the Royal Gorge just west of Canon City is one of my favorite RV parks.

Gregg pretty much covered all the rest.
