Mallard m32 tv installation help

Hello. We are new to the mallard and want to install a tv. What type of mount is everyone using, and what size tv is the best? Thank you!

I went with a swivel one from amazon and 32" TV but you can go bigger than that. We don't use the TV much so I didn't want to spend more for something larger.

The mount works well but you do have to use different hardware than is provided to attach the bracket to the entertainment center.

My husband is looking for a "how to" video for installation, any suggestions?

Thank you so much :)
I don't recall anyone around here video taping their installation. Has your husband searched for this on Youtube? That's what I would do. That said, one person's RV may not be like another's in terms of what's in the wall and where for structure.

Please call Heartland now to chat as they close at 5 pm EST - 877-262-8032.

I installed the mount myself in our M32 and had my husband assist in attaching the tv as I didn't want to drop it.

With the advice of others, I went with a Moryde self locking, full movement mount. Love it! Much sturdier then the cheaper mount I used in our prior camper. The movement allows you to sit in the couch and comfortably watch tv.

I called Heartland and spoke with them regarding max size, weight, and install. There is plenty if support in the center of tv area. I used the hardware that came with the Moryde mount. We have traveled thousands of miles with no problems and have been overall very satisfied.

A 40" smart TV is what I ended up with. The following full motion mount along with the VESA adapter plate as the TV I choose was 200x200 pattern.

I have not seen any videos either but they are pretty easy if you follow the instructions. Just need to make sure the screws that go into the entertainment center aren't too long, which for mine was 1 inch. The Morryde unit looks to have a lock to keep the TV in place while traveling which is a nice feature. I use a strap which works fine as well.
