Foot pedal keeps falling off Thetford sent me a new base. New base, same design? Easy fix.....Drill a hole in center of foot pedal. Drill a hole inside where the foot pedal slides in the "inner" tube (dead center). Use a small diameter screw, 3 1/4 inches long. Screw the foot pedal on the inner tube. Don't tighten it extremely tight. Allow some slack. Pedal wont fall off, anymore.
