'08 Augusta Basement Floor Sagging - Ideas? Next Steps?

I have an '08 Augusta and have noticed that from day one the basement floor sags in the middle about 1 1/2 in. It has not changed and unaffected buy load. It almost looks as if it was planned or designed that way. Drainage? Normal? Structural problem? Does not feel weak and when we had the underbelly dropped to install sliding trays all seemed normal. Any guess or advise would be appreciated.

Ben,
It's hard for me to give you an answer on this with out more info, pictures, etc. My recommendation is for you to go to your local dealer and have them contact our warranty department. Hope this helps.

We had the same problem with our 08 Landmark. The service center dropped the underbelly and put 2 metal braces under the floor from side to side. These braces rest on the frame. This fix has done the trick for us.
