Roof issues

It appears that a panel under our rubber coating on our roof may be coming loose. I can push down on it and it has maybe 1/16 give to it.
My question: is it an immediate problem, and is it something I can repair myself?

That 1/16 movement is not a lot. IMO, but I guess it will depend on where it is. I have an area that gives a lot more than that. Been that way for about 8 years and has not been an issue for me.
But I have heard of others that turned into more problems for them.
So if you are unsure of the movement then it might be a good idea to have your dealer check it out.

Peace

I would not go back to my dealer for a trim issue much less a roof issue. But I will have a pro look at it.

Call Heartland and have some photos ready. Don't ask them to fix it, but ask if it's something that does need repair. They fixed one of our panels at the factory when we were there for other things.

Supposedly, they fixed it from "the inside", by removing the ceiling fan, but we didn't see or find out how they did it.
