Gateway Manual

I recently purchased a 3650BH Gateway. I would like to get a manual on it if someone could help. It didn't have one and the only help at Heartland was the generic for the 5th wheels.
You could email it to brodave1960@yahoo.com.

Also has anyone found a way to make the rear couch sleeper more comfortable. Ours is ridiculously uncomfortable.

Hi preacher214,

Welcome to the Heartland Owners Forum and to the family. We have a great bunch of folks here with lots of information and all willing to share their knowledge when needed.

If you have questions about anything in/on your unit, you can find the answer most likely right here using the search option. We have a great search engine on the forum, both simple and advanced. Sometimes that is the fastest way to find an answer instead of waiting on someone to reply. While you are getting acquainted with the forum try out the search tab for fun.

Also we have a great owners manuals and Heartland User Guide area in the Tools tab at top of page. A lot of the guides are written by members or owners that actually used the subject. They do not publish an owners manual for each unit, they are almost all the same, very generic.

And we also have the best folks in the rv world right here to help out with opinions and suggestions.

Enjoy the forum and join the Heartland Owners Club.

This is our third heartland fifth wheel we just recently purchased new, and they all have had pretty much the same generic manual. I have heard now its not even printed, but comes on a thumb drive? For details on specific features you pretty much might have some info in the blue satchel that came with the unit..with all manuals for the components.
