Most don't use a cover. They are difficult to put on and may harm the finish on your traiier.

Yes, you're not going to find many that endorse covering your rig here. However, after seeing what the harsh sun can do to finishes here in the southwest, we cover our North Trail whenever we're not using it for awhile. Here is a website that gives reviews of rv covers: https://campaddict.com/best-rv-covers/

If you are willing to spend the time and effort to cover your rig, I say do it! The protection of your finish makes it well worth it.

We have used a polypro cover; cheaper and lighter material and are currently using the ADCO Tyvek cover. The ADCO cover has much better material and many adjustable straps to ensure a snugger fit.

Whichever way you go, good luck!

We use an ADCO cover. I’ve used it for a couple of years. Ours winters in FL. It’s not a big deal to put on if you aren’t afraid of working on the roof and have at least one helper on the ground. There are a couple of u tube videos that show how to install. Follow the advice and it’ll go smoothly.
