Hi all
I have a question. When I have my burner on low it is often still too hot. Does anyone know of a spacer to move the pan farther away from the heat that can be effectively used with the gas stove? Thanks for your thoughts and time.

I wonder if one of the induction cooktop interface disks would work for this? https://www.ebay.com/i/272653864657?chn=ps These are made to allow you to use a non-steel pan on an induction cooktop burner by having the DISK'S STEEL heat up from the induction burner and transferring that heat to the cooking pan.

The heat difusser worked great thanks for the suggestion. Not using gas in my home I did not know what to use with gas to lower the heat.
