I love my Big Easy SRG and wanted to take it with us on our travels. It's big, but I carry it in my truck. Attached are photos of the conversion. All was leak checked and the grill works great.

That must be a bear to get in and out of the truck
I have to admit it's not your average portable grill. I don't plan on using it except for long-term stays. If it turns out to be too much trouble I'll put it in storage. This thing makes the best ribs and pulled pork so I'm going to stick with it for a bit.

What are the parts that you used and i am guessing you converted to use the rigs propane connection? Yes it does make good food.

I bought a hose from Amazon that has a fitting that connects to the rigs connection. The other small fittings I got from Lowe's. They were needed to adapt the large fitting on the hose to the small fitting on the grill. There was no kit for that. I took the grill part to Lowe's and got all the parts I needed.

I wanted to add captions to the photos to better explain them, but I could not figure out how. I selected edit the post, but was not able to add text. I added the photos on Tapatalk and that might be the issue. If anyone knows how please explain.
