Jim, Probably a dumb question, so I'll ask it and save someone else the embarrassment. Should we go ahead and sign up for the various activities now, or should we wait until we know we were able to get registered on the 1st? Also, can we request the particular Amish dinner place we want and can we do it as a group of 6, so we end up the same place? Thanks, MT

Hi Mark,

Not a dumb question at all. We really appreciate any and all questions asked in public as our answers to them are shared with the masses and everyone benefits :)

So on signing up for stuff in advance, if it's anything to do with the pre-rally or rally, you actually can't pre-sign up. But you can and should research now and make your decisions so you're ready to go for registration. Pre-Rally camping and activities as well as Rally registration and activities that require sign-up are all done at the same time - when you register for it all.

Yes, you can choose which Amish home you wish to eat at. Whether all 6 of you get into the same place is really a function of timing. If all 6 of you can register at nearly the same time, you'll have a good shot at all 6 getting into the same home.
