I have also heard of people buying a memory foam mattress and cutting it to fit (this option is less expensive).

we purchased the memory foam from walmart.. just measure your existing mattress and compare the size of the memory foam you select... we put the memory foam on top of the existing mattress... worked out great for us so far.

Not saying this option would be cheap, but this place came up on my FB page: Tochta.com Looks like a custom mattress place. Can't hurt to check it out, but if $$ is an object, I agree w/ others on the memory foam option.
