Replaced stairs - not what you think

So our unit is about 10+ years old. The stairs have been slowly failing, rivets mostly causing the brackets to mis-align and making our steps a little shakier than normal. Well as it turns out I had another set of stairs given to me about 7 years ago by Michael (linuxkidd) that I stored in my barn. I finally got a little wind in my sail to switch them out. I did look at MorRyde steps but the gap between the bottom of my door and the top of my sill plate is almost nothing and they require 3/8" so that won't work. I then looked at Torklift Glowtep but they only go up to 27-1/2" wide and my step mounting is 35-7/16 wide so no go from them either. This left me with the steps I have on hand. On the plus side the price was right and the install was pretty easy although I don't seem to get around as well as I used to. I am a little sore today but that's OK.

Looking good Mark. I’ll let Michael know those steps are now in use :)
