Hey all .
I hope this is the right spot fro this , i apologize if its not.
I have a 2009 Cyclone 3950.
So i just bought a small 3.5 cubic foot deep freeze & put it in the garage & plugged it into the outlet on the driver side on the roof. This is when i started to experience the problem. My bunks automatically dropped down, like someone was holding the switch i could hear banging & feel shaking & went into the garage & it dropped down & landed on the freezer & bent the frame a bit. No i didn't have the pins in. But now i cant get it up ? The motor just clicks when i try to lift it. Anyone have any ideas or suggestions as to where i should start to get this thing up & back in operation ?

Thanks Kindly in advance

The bunk probably put itself in a bind when one side came down on the freezer. It may go back up if you can pick up on the low side and get it back close to level. If that doesn't work, it may have came off the chain. There are several videos on YouTube that show you how to adjust it. Ours doesn't like to go up or down unless the rig is completely level.
