They don't weigh enough to do so. Never had a problem with tires showing a pattern of being unbalanced with them.

Unless you're gonna be running very high mileage then you'll never wear them out ... before they dry rot the sidewalls.
Keep the pressure proper and replace the tires every five years, regardless of miles.

Flow thru sensors will add about 3/4 ounce onto the tire stem.
