Solar Panel Install

Purchased a 15 watt solar panel to put on top of my North Trail 5th wheel. Will put on top front left side and was wondering how best to get the wires to the batteries which are in the front left corner. Last time I did this I snaked them underneath the vinyl piece that covers the screws that hold the front cap on, not sure it will work this time. Suggestions?
