Water tank filling while on city water

Have bighorn 3580(2009)Wondering why my fresh water tank is over flowing? I have not put water into it in over 2 months? Been using main line. any advice?

Your tank is probably filling through a check valve in the 12volt water pump. There have been a few instances where the diaphragms have been bad or have debris in them allowing water from the fresh water hook up to get to the tank through the pump. Far a temporary fix you can close the inline valve between the pump and tank or open the fresh water tank drain. Get a hold of your dealer to either clean or replace your pump. Shurflo sent me a new pump and I did it myself.
