No Place Like Home

Sometimes we wonder why we keep this place. Maybe we should sell it and live in the RV full time. Then we walk out on the front porch and see God's creatures and we know why we use our home as a "home-base". See if you can see all 4 Does. None:D:p

Jim,

Nice pic and I did spot all 4 does. While it is nice to step out of your bricks and sticks house and see God's creations it is nicer to see this in any state you decide to travel. We can be choosey as to where and when and hopefully pick the right temps that we want. Sure does look like a nice place you have there. Several 50 amp sites with sewer and a pad and we could all come to visit.

Surprisingly, I found all four without having to use a spotlight!

Remember...ain't no place like Nome!

Looks like a beautiful spot, don't blame you. However, when we camp hosted in Missouri State Park saw a group of deer everyday except weekends (too many campers). They included 2 babies, mom and dad. Not often you see a buck with mom and babies. The babies paraded right through our patio, were very curious.

While hosting a day use park in Oregon, had deer, elk, raccoons on a daily basis. One day we looked out the rear window and there was a doe laying down taking a much needed rest. Spent about 4 hours there. Kept us inside as we didn't want to disturb her.

We have movies of all the above, but couldn't begin to post that, barely know how to post messages

Suffice it to say, we've seen buffalo, elk, deer, raccoons, skunks, tree and ground squirrels, dogs, cats, rabbits, and the list goes on... We wouldn't change our full-timing for anything.

Along with all God's creatures, we've seen His creations. The U.S.A. has some of the most beautiful country, not to mention Canada and Mexico (can't get the rig to the rest of the world). Everywhere we go there is something to see that amazes and awes us. While we will NEVER say you're wrong for your choice, we have never regretted ours.

May you and yours have a rich and happy life as much as ours has been. We feel really blessed to have this lifestyle.
