Y'know...I just found out that the title should read intense and purposes...oh, well, 16 years in school shot dead in the fanny.
The intent of this forum is to give the Heartland Users a place to discuss problems to those of us who are not 100% and our families. The changes in our physical status has definitly affected them also.
The purpose is to show you what I have done to my Big Horn and to solicit ideas from the community to make what I've done better. And, to help you get around some of the common pitfalls when attempting to get some type of compensation be it from the Veteran or Social Security Administration.
You might detect a slight military flavor to the forum. There are a lot more veterans here than I first thought. I'm in that group also.
Jim Beletti was pretty firm in his wish that this not become simply another Veterans Forum. So, I'm going to do my best to be able to point "civilians" as well as the "military in the right direction to get the help that we need.
