Has anyone had trouble with the arm on the couch breaking? My left hand side started wobbling quite a bit and I was afraid a slight lean on it would break it completely off. I took the side off, (I had a head start on the process because I already replaced the bent stop bolts with HD bolts) and when looking at the side the wood above the mounting bolts had split from front to back. I sent pictures to Flair and they told me it was structuraly sound. They must have looked at the pictures wrong. I am trying to avoid a 140 mile trip to the dealer and my next step it to send pictures to Heartland and see if they can help. The arm moves 2 inches at the cushion level not sure what that is at the top.
