This is the 2007 Report from the Veteran's Benefits Commission. This was a study of the current Veterans Disability Compensation and the recommendations for increases in the various benefits. It's a comparison between the compensation as it is presently and the possibilities of the increases as recommended by the Commission.
Parts of it are kind of dry. But, taken as a whole, there is some pretty good information here. The good thing about this document is that it defines what the current system is...and it explains it in such a way that it fairly understandable. It's not like reading the reverse of some government form that more often than not confuses more than it helps.
