Is the ladder strong enough for 2 bikes?

Will the 3055 ladder support 2 bikes?

I would suggest that you not hang the bikes on the ladder. Too much wind turbulance back there. I've seen a few rigs going down the road with the bikes and ladder dragging.

You might want to consider a rack on the pin box. Commercial ones are available & some have setup 'home grown' ones.

I have hung bikes on two trailers, my present one included with no problems. I now have folding bikes that I carry in the basement of our coach. While I never had any problems I was always worrying about the ladder and bikes falling off. I was not worried about the bikes and ladder but worried about the people behind me if something happened.
