First time out and a question

We finally got to take our new Augusta out for the weekend and it was wonderful.

But when we were all ready to leave we could hear a fan running in the area of the refrigerator. It was pretty loud and could be heard inside and outside.

We drove home and it was still running (3 hour drive). We plugged into the shore power and after a couple of minutes it stopped.

What was it and is that normal?

There is a fan behind the refrigerator that helps cool the fridge to keep it from overheating. The fan is controlled by a thermostat and comes on at a set temp and runs until cooled lower that the preset temp. That is a normal condition. BTW the fan works on 12 volts so it will run even when not plugged into show power as long as the refrigerator is on.
