My pump in my big horn is not working, my holding tank is full of water and the fuse in the unit is fine, any ideals?

alaska dodge. Where are you? Is it below freezing? Does the pump run? Make sure the valve between the pump inlet and tank is open otherwise it will just run. If it's not running check the wires that are attached to the pump. It's a hard diagnosis when it's not in front of us. This may be a dumb question too but is the pump switch on the monitor panel on, light on? You can test the pump by removing it and wiring it directly to the battery.

Ray,
I am in Anchorage AK, and I have a heater in that part of the under side. The pump will not turn on, the light in the control panel is on but the pump does not work. I have checked the fuse etc.

Has it worked in the past? Could it be frozen? You can take a volt meter and check the voltage at the pump. If there is voltage at the pump then the pump is probably defective or I'm not sure if there is a fuse on the pump.
