Pulling a Boat

Recent purchase of a 2009 Sundance (delivery next week) I have been pulling my boat on my Prowler 26' and wish to continue. Are there any problems with the installation of a hitch on the rear of the 3300SK? Has anyone had any difficulties pulling a boat thru FL, etc.? Laws seem very confusing regarding this subject.

We have asked several FHP (Florida Highway Patrol) officers and they state that it is illegal to double tow in Florida, with the only exception is for commercial rigs. However, I have seen several 5<SUP>th</SUP> wheels pulling boat & golf cart trailers on secondary & state roads. I pull the 5<SUP>th</SUP> wheel and the wife pulls the boat each year to the Keys and I’ve only seen one 5<SUP>th</SUP> wheel pulling a boat trailer on I-95 and it was pulled over by the FHP. Not sure what the out come was but I’d hate to be half way to the Keys and the FHP pulls me over and tells me to drop the boat trailer and come back with my truck to pick it up.

the one I was looking for is no longer

on web. they either shut it down or new regulations changed all info
