I'm thinking about ordering a 3950, sure like the new garage colour scheme and I can't seem to find any dealers with any in stock yet. How long does it take for a factory order unit to show up at the dealership from date of order?

Any price increases from existing 2010 units to new orders?

We just picked out unit up Saturday and it was just over six weeks from when we order it.

sorry for the delay. It takes around 5 weeks for a factory order. There is an approx $500 price increase in the new 2010.

Can you please tell us what happened to Southern Comfort RV in Montgomery, AL. They apparently are no longer in business. Next closest dealer/service to us is in Panama City, FL. Just wondering....

you can call any local dealer and ask if they will work on your Cyclone. Heartland gives authorization to all reputable dealers across the country even if they are not a Heartland dealer (it's just a matter of whether the dealer can fit you into their schedule). Our closest Cyclone dealer to you is Holiday on Wheels in Panama City.

We'll check with some of the RV dealers in the Dothan,AL area about working on the Cyclone when needed. Then we'll call Heartland and make sure said dealer is authorized to service our unit.
