If you have been waiting for a bargain price for a Infrared Thermometer, this will be hard to beat. I just received mine and I really like it. It even comes with the 9 volt battery. Infrared Thermometer

Whatcha going to do with it? For BBQ, I prefer a thermometer fork and a stopwatch. Perfect steaks, etc., every time

Your going to check the temp of your tires each time you pull into a rest area, fuel stop, or campgrounds. That will tell you if you might have a problem with one of them...

You can also use it tell when DW is getting REALLY mad! By the way, that's a great price.

Well that is a Big thing.. Good price. I got one from Radio Shack but I am not sure they carry them any more. I looked it up on the RS internet site and it seems it is not available...

I keep this in the console between the seats and check the tires, rims and bearing when I am traveling. Wish it was still available.. A little pricey but works great...
