slb714, Congrats on your purchase and welcome to the Heartland Family & Forum. I don't believe the factory supplies any sewer attachments or hoses. If at all, they are usually supplied by the dealer and are very basic. Usually a 10 ft hose and connector for the RV. A good sewer hose kit will have a connector for the RV, 20 ft hose and an elbow with a variety of thread sizes for connecting to the campgrounds sewer. You should also carry a rubber donut type adapter when the screw in can't be used. You can spend anywhere from $20 to $40 for a good basic set-up. go to this link for a decent start and build from there. Also consider a clear connector fot the RV so you can see when your flush water is running clear. http://www.campingworld.com/shopping/item/easy-slip-ready-to-use-rv-sewer-kit/17529

We took our starter kit from the dealer and went camping... you should do the same.
As I become more seasoned, I am starting to pick up some of the items Ray mentioned.
Have fun, you'll accumulate what you want/need as you go.

We also got the starter kit with our 3795 and I think the sewer hose tore on the second use. I went out and bought the Rhino hose with the coupler so you can attach two if you need more length. I also purchased a longer water hose since most water hookups are at the rear of the camper and the docking station on the Cyclone is up front.

If I recall from our prior TT, the only thing in the starter kit that disintegrated faster than the toilet paper was the sewer hose. Having acquired a full complement of hoses, fittings, and accessories, I didn't need another kit when we took the 3670.

I agree with all above, the starter kit comes from the dealer and is not reliable. I also strongly agree with Ray about getting a clear connector, without it you are guessing when the tank is clean or near clean.

Congratulations and good camping

Not sure what you bought but maybe this will help.
1. You should get a 45* clear adapter to connect directly to the sewer pipe on the trailer. This allows you to see what the water coming out looks like. http://www.campingworld.com/shopping/item/3-valve-hose-adapter/16835 and know that it is draining.

2. Connect your sewer hose to the adapter with something like this. http://www.campingworld.com/shopping/item/rhinoflex-swivel-rv-sewer-kit/44151. I use a cheaper red one that screws onto the flex hose. Be sure you have the part that goes into the Sewer drain. It screws into a 3" or 4" sewer pipe.

3. Some places you might need the donut. http://www.campingworld.com/shopping/item/foam-rubber-sewer-seal/4496.

Here is a search you might use.

4. You said you bought 50 more feet of water hose. I hope you bought 2 - 25ft white hoses or found a 50ft white hose. White are hoses are made for fresh water use. They don't give your system the rubber hose taste. I use a 36ft 1/2" water hose from the RV Water Filter Store. Check them out. http://www.rvwaterfilterstore.com/Hoses.htm
Use a water regulator like the Watts Adjustable 263A Regulator, 2" diameter 0-160 gauge, 4-4.5 gpm http://www.rvwaterfilterstore.com/PressureRegulators.htm

5. I went to Lowes and bought two Westinghouse Water filter canisters and put a white 20 micron filter in the first one and a charcoal 5 micron in the second one. Connected them with a plastic coupler. Put water hose connectors on the outside of the other filter canisters. Use a 3ft hose from the UDC with a brass 90* quick disconnect. Quick disconnects on all the hoses and the regulator. Connect water filters to the 36ft and to the regulator, then regulator to the faucet with another 3ft hose.

Works for me...

Boy Kristy, truer words were never spoken!! I've been camping in various rigs for years and I'm still amazed at what I don't have the I absolutely have to have even though I never new it existed until "one of these fine folks" enlightened me.

Yes, people around here are very helpful! They will tell you what to fix and how to fix it and spend your money too! :D:D:D It works the same way with boats though ... we always need some new toy.
