One should be switched in the inside of the "Control Center." (I guess that's what you call the cabinet with pump and hot water heater controls.) There should be a light switch in there labeled "Awning Recept." It switches the power to the exterior front door-side receptacle. The rear one, by the D/S basement access door, should be hot, as long as the the GFCI in the bathroom is reset/normal.
As I recall, The bathroom GFCI serves 3 receptacles in the kitchen, the refrigerator 110V, the bathroom receptacle, and the two outside recepticles. It is also only a 15-amp circuit to boot, so can be quite tempermental, if all is not well.
Other than that, a cold beverage and a screwdriver will lead you to the answer, I'm sure.
Good luck.
