Its really a new floor plan. We just saw one at a local dealer last week. Heard they are going to make this same floor plan in a Landmark soon too. I kinda liked it. DW didnt like the amount of stairs.

Yes the Phoenix is the Landmark version.

Maybe we will have the first one here then? If all goes as planned we should be pulling one home on Friday. It took us all of about 5 minutes to fall in love with the elevated living room.

Congrats!! We are still loving our Big Country rear den plan (though not the elevated version!)

I've had my 2018 BC 4011ERD for three months. I've towed it twice. Once empty for 300 miles and the other loaded for over 1300 miles. I felt the rig full, with rear storage full, rode really well. No effect on the front. Most of the weight is more to the front of the storage.

We have been full timing in ours since last Oct. Everything in the rear storage travels well. I have reached out to the BC GM to find out how much weight HL says we can put back there but have not received an answer. Pay attention to all of the screws on those rear slides. Ours all vibrate loose and the bottom ones holding the slide to the rig keep having the heads pop off.
