Love doing the pics. Wil take pics at all of the events including free margaritas and Finnegan's Rum punch at the Tiki Bar Thursday night. Look for the palm trees and pink flamingos at Margaritaville. I promise it won't be hard to find after dark. Really looking forward to this rally. Our 1st time in S. Carolina. So much history and things to see and do. See everyone there., Ask me how the Rum punch got it's name Thursday night.lol

Flower leas and hair clips for the ladies along with good Island music. See everyone there.
BTW; Margaritaville with the lights and fire pits will be on every night while we are there, Hope to see everyone come by for a cockta9il or two. This could possibly be the best rally the Bakers have ever attended. So. don't hurt Debbie and my feelings and not come over at night to have a drink and talk. The Light show is worth the admission. This is not designed to take away form the rally but is a great place to unwind at night. Hope to see everyone there. BTW; these are the best Margaritas you've ever had and the rum punch is to kill for. (ask Mike and Peg Finnegan}lol

When Debbie and I light up Margaritaville, some of he the camp sites may lose power. Again, looking forward to this rally. Looks like the regional leaders have gone all out for this one.

At this time we are seven weeks out from the start of the Southeast Region Rally. The current plan is to proceed as scheduled unless situations develop over the next few weeks that could be a concern. We will reassess at that time and give all participants ample notification to make their plans accordingly.

Thanks for your understanding during this period and your support of the Heartland Owners Club.

Welcome Rick and Madeline. We have you two coming in on Tuesday the 28th. Shirt sizes are one small and one large.

Two quick questions - 1. your last name is? and 2. would you like to be included on the H.L.Hunley tour?

Can't wait to meet you.

After further concideration about the current crisis, Debbie and I are opting out of the 3 HL rallies and our 2 month trip to the east coast. Sorry, we were rlly looking forward to visiting the area. I have COPD and asthma and think it wise to stay in place for a while. Sorry for any inconvenience we might have caused. Later and have a great rally.

Did you Know:

Even with everything going on currently with the Covid-19 Virus and all of the uncertainty we are all facing, the struggle with Alzheimer's continues on. Alzheimer's patients become even more susceptible to sickness, not because they have weakened immune systems but more so because they have lost the ability to remember the basics of consistent hand washing, not touching your face etc. It is even more important for the health care workers to be free of any potential virus for these people. While we pray for everyone affected by this, we really offer up our prayers to the thousands of healthcare workers who are going into overdrive to help us get through this troubling time.

With respect to our rally, we all hopeful that it will be able to proceed as scheduled but understand the need to evaluate as it gets closer. Regardless of what decisions are made, we as Heartlander's still have an opportunity to help with finding a cause and cure for Alzheimer's disease. If you can make a donation, please click the link that Byrd posted on page one of this thread. We can still make a difference as Heartlander's. God Bless and stay well!

Nabo, Sharon and I were so looking forward to this, our first, Rally. However, with school and daycares closed in our town, we have been recruited by our children to watch the grandchildren during this eventful time. Sharon has even been working on her Derby Hat. Oh well, such is life. Let us know if the Rally is rescheduled.

Thanks.
