Cable is not working at all cable outlets.

I have a cable issue, I have a 2016 Sundance 3700 RLB.I have two outside cable hook ups on the outside of the fifth wheel, one I have connected to a satellite dish, and one I have hooked up to local cable. The satellite hook up works fine, but the local cable connection only works in the master bedroom. There are four tv connections throughout the trailer, master bedroom, living room, kids room and outside kitchen.I cannot get any cable through to the kids room or outside kitchen. I contacted our local dealer about it and they told me to unhook the antenna booster and install a cable splitter.Idid that but there is still no signal in the kids room or outdoor kitchen.I checked the signal at the outlet in the living room and there is signal there, can anyone help me on my next move is? If there are other splitters in the system and where they are? Did I do the process right? Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance.

We have 2 COAX diagrams for Sundance, here. They may give you an idea of where to look for a splitter. Check all connectors to ensure they're tight, and that the connector is tightly crimped. Also look for stray ground wire strands that might be shorted to the center conductor.

And of course, when watching Cable TV, make sure the signal booster is turned OFF.

Another thing you did not mention is if you have gone into the TV menus and selected cable as the input signal.

The tv i used to check the main cable outlet is the one from the kids bedroom and it worked,so I don’t think that was the problem. I’m guessing that the splitter that feeds the kids bedroom and the outdoor kitchen is either unplugged or the cable is damaged. The only problem is where the exact location of it is and hopefully there is an access panel close to it.
