Exterior Luxury Package

Hello all just joined.
We are in the process of purchasing a Cyclone 4006 Toy Hauler and having a very hard time determining what is actually "supposed" to be in the unit.
I am somewhat baffled by the lack of information on the manufacturers site regarding what is included in the packages. Unless I am missing something somewhere I cannot find what exactly is supposed to be included in the "Exterior Luxury Package" for this model or any model.
I just want to make sure the unit has what it is supposed to have included.

Does anyone have any clear information for this?

Found this on a dealer's website for the Cyclone's:

"Outdoor Luxury Package: Ramp Door Patio w/Awning and Patio Steps w/Oustide Step Holder, Power Cord Reel, Star-Mor Storage, Aux Door Side Spray Port, Outdoor Kitchen (most models), 32" Outside TV, 50 Gallon Combined Fueling Station, Solid Entry Quad Steps Main Door, Quad Step Entry Garage Door"

Yup, I have found that also, but, then found other dealer ads that state it differently.

You could call Heartland at 877-262-8032 / 574-262-8030. Ask for Cyclone Sales. They can likely send you a precise listing.

We have had three fivers from heartland, and things in the brochure, werent always accurate. There was a dis-claimer that says they reserve the right to change some things w/o notice.... etc. All of the rv brands do this same type of thing.

We have the Exterior Luxury Package and it includes everything that jmarnell listed, except no outside TV. There is hookups for an outside TV, just no actual TV mount or TV.

Go ahead and call the factory if you want but so far half my calls have turned into a waste of time. Either they don't have build sheets and wiring diagrams or they are just too stupid and lazy to provide them to customers who request them.
