There is a dedicated transfer switch that takes power from either the inverter, or shore power. When on shore power, it should switch from inverter to shore power. So either the transfer switch is not actually getting shore power (circuit breaker tripped maybe?), or the transfer switch is not operating correctly.

Checked breakers, nothing tripped. Must be transfer switch. I know the battery off (disconnect) is to preserve the battery when not camping, should it be on or off when on shore power?

Battery cutoff should be left ON while on shore power. That will keep the battery fully charged and will also keep 12V systems working during power outages.

My switch was working.. now it will not come on. I do not see a circuit breaker for it. Still, do not see anything tripped. Battery disconnect is on . Inverter go out perhaps?

In the front compartment, check the bottom of the inverter for a GFCI reset button.

Unplug the communication cable at each end and look for any green corrosion. And maybe put a bit of dielectric grease onto the connection
