Toy Hauler weight distribution

My question is does weight added to the rear of the trailer (Garage) reduce the Pin weight in the front. Essentially will I gain back a few pounds of weight at the truck by loading the trailer properly??

I have a Fuel 323 toy hauler with a 2450lb hitch weight. Using an Anderson goose neck Hitch weighs 40 lbs. and air bags that weigh 50 lbs. to the rear axle. This is then a 2540 total weight at the rear axle. If I air up the bag's, I expect to add 100 lbs. due to simply lifting the truck to level. My 3/4-ton Chevy Deisel has a 2775lb max pin weight. So I'm very very close to maxing Pin weight.

If loading the Trailer properly I could easily keep me legal, then the truck has the same engine and transmission as a 1 ton dually, so more than enough power.

Any thoughts? Oh and please don't be a Karen and tell me about maxing out the truck capacities.
Thank you

THs are built in such a way that the pin weight will be the highest when unloaded. No matter how much clothing you stow in the front bedroom, pots and pans in the galley that may add more pin weight...when you roll in a 2000# UTV into a dedicated garage, the pin weight will be reduced.

Our CY TH rides at it's worst without 50 gallons of gas and our SxS loaded...lots of pin weight and our bagged F-450 really feels that pin weight moreso than with gas and machine in it.

How do you like your Fuel 323 toy hauler? We are thinking of buying a new 2021 next week. Any major issues of the lot?
