Hi everyone been searching forums but can’t find a layout for my water tanks. I have in front one black tank and two greys. In rear one black.
Unit has bathroom and shower in front and 1/2 in garage.
Trying to find out where what each thing feeds.
Previous owner said the rear bathroom shared the grey tank
Also would like to find out capacity and any layout that someone may have found. I contacted heartland but no response yet.
Also where do they store the water pumps in these fw
Getting ready for our first outing with it in coming week

we have a 2018 Torque 327 40' 5th wheel w/ 1/2 bath & washer hook up in garage. Front black is front toilet -- front grey is shower & bath sink. The rear black is 1/2 bath toilet & rear grey is 1/2 bath sink, kitchen sink & washer drain. Two dump connections ---front is both grey tanks & front black. The rear dump is rear black tank only. Hope this helps

you can use different colors of food coloring in each drain and determine which drains where as you open the dump valves.

You were spot on. Decided to flush tanks to make sure they were good togo and will have to replace the black tank valtera valve another day (slow leak).
Now just need capacities lol

I was reading this post. We have a 2017 heartland 362rw. We have a small leak under the front bathtub/water heater area. It kind of is intermittent. We have a front compartment with an outside TV that slides out. This is where all the hoses connect. Any ideas or solutions? Maybe some overflow valve we’re missing?

if near the WH I'd check the safety relief valve on the water heater itself. They are known to seap at times. Tub & showers known to leak either from loose or cracked fittings; does it leak after using the tub/shower? Good luck

Hooked my 14 cyclone up for the first time. It says i have 2 grey tanks and a black. I have a sewer connection in the center and a rear drain under the grey#2 door. I have a front compartment door labeled grey tank 1 that has 2 levers side by side and a rear labeled grey tank 2 with 2 levers but one is above the other. Says black is full. I have drained everything i can find but nothing is labeled and black still says full. Can someone shed some light on this. Thank you

Do not trust those sensors, if you have opened & drained all by opening each valve, they should be empty. I would add water to one tank then open valves one at a time & note which handle drains which tank. Do this till you know what is what
