You might want to call Heartland customer service. Have your VIN ready. Ask if the specifications called for the tank to be strapped. If no, you might try another run at the extended warranty on the basis that no fasteners failed as there were none required.
If it should have been strapped...
Appears to be a 12 volt problem. Check your converter. You should be reading about 13.4 volts at the battery.
While you are at it, you might want to have the battery tested.
Sounds like a blockage or your gate valves are not opening. Though I don't understand why gray tanks would have this problem.
If you know the gate valves are working, you might try a reverse flush valve to try and clear any clog.

Before checking the converter, be sure to check the batteries first. A failing battery could cause the symptom you describe. Many auto stores will test it for you if you bring it to them.
Two possible answers as to where the converter is. If your rig has a Wefco Power Center (where the...
Sorry you had this problem
It looks like two of the four screws on the bracket have sheared off. Perhaps from over tightening. Or, could be a materials issue. Another possibility is the tool that was used during installation had it's torque settings go out of adjustment causing the screws to...
