I have the same problem with mine Jensen too replaced it still have issue. Traced to back to when my rig voltage drops below 13 volts the radio acts up. I have a voltage drop issue. When voltage is at 13.2 radio works fine. My 2018 Big Horn is currently in shop now they are tracing down...

Possibile its the checkvalve in water pump. You can purchase a checkvalve the scews on between pump discharge and discharge hose. Had same issue that what and how i resolved the issue

I had same issue mine was checkvalve went back. I brought a checkvalve and installed it on discharge side of pump. Issue corrected.

It was cold when i left Minnesota in middle of October. Good luck what ever you decide inspect it well make sure everything is checked out including shower track door drain are facing into the shower.

My best learnings was talking with others about their experiences how the mitigated solution or what potential issues one might run into while using camper. Manuals arent going to give you that knowledge which to me was priceless and prevented alot of headaches

Sounds normal put insulation up over windows that will help like the summer sun screen for cars help block cold. Also i brought adapter and hose to use a 100 lbs cylinder and a portable infered heater. Still need furnace to run so water lines dont freeze up but helps take chill off couch area...

Had same issue fresh water tank filling up on city water. Mine was the check valve in water pump failed. Installed check valve discharge side of pump problem solved

Whar you dont know is are any wall support welds damaged thats going to show up later. I would want some type of protection against future issue caused by their actions. CEO of campworld advertiese if your not happy call his office. I dont have that number off hand but should be easy to get.

Check incoming water pressure to trailer see if its low. Then check any inlet screens in hose conections and filters to see if there is a clogged or partially clogged screen. I had issue once traced it back to clogged screen inpressure regulator changed out problem resolved
