Love the 32RLTS but not sure about towing

We just happen to have a 2014 North Trail RTLS. And we did have a 2013 Chevy Silverado LTZ 1500 4x4, and towed the RTLS less than 10 miles, just to our home. However owning 6ea 5th Wheels we learned the given weights are almost always wrong. And since we go West to Colorado, Northern New...

We are new to the Travel Trailers, have owned 6ea 5th Wheel in the past, and will tell you a a gigantic step down from what we are use to owning. We have used it yet but will go...

    Hello Silverado Owners!

Thanks Jim, as you know we have owned many Trucks from a Freightliner's, Chevy 3500HD's, and 2500HDs. Well this past week I ordered a 2015 Chevy Silverado, 2500 Vortec, but we will go with the 6.0 Vortec, for our use towing the new North Trail with the 2500 will be a breeze... I do miss my...

Re: Weight distributing hitch a must-have . . . Thanks for the responses. As for the hitch set, I bought there new Equalizer four point, anti-sway, weight distribution system. And so far it works great. No sway, and no chain to hook up... It's suppose to be the newest Equalizer system...

    North Trail 32 RLTS 2014.

Hello Heartlanders, I'm Lindy of Delaine and Lindy, we retired from RVing and sold the Mobile Suites, back in the spring. And really didn't think we will return. But, Delaine doesn't like to pack a suit case! About a month ago we bought a Forest River, small light weight travel trailer. We...

Input on Mor/ryde pin box conversion requested

I have owned the Mor/Ryde pin box and would recommend the Mor/Ryde. We have used the Standard pin box on our Mobile Suites but we also had a Trailer Saver Air ride 5h wheel hitch. If I were spending the money I would go with a Trailer Saver Air ride hitch. Happy Trails.

    Happy Days? MAYBE SO

No RV hooked to a RV Park pedestal power source should not be used without a Surge protector... I find it hard to believe 238 volts were produced inside the BH, the power source came from a outside source.... But really sorry for all the issues..... Might be time to fix the issue, but buy a...

    This can get complicated

We always use reservations, we only travel 250 to 300 miles daily. Our rule is out of a park around 8:00 am and into a RV park around 4:00 pm. This works for us. Since we have went West for the last 7 years (Summer time) we know just about were we want to stay.. We very seldom use Fed or...

Best Tire Compressor for Trailer Tires

I have a Sears Compressor that I bought in 2005, same as above poster posted, I paid $99.00. The tires on my 5th wheel are Goodyear G114's and require 125 lbs of air. And the Sears Compressor works great. I highly recommend the Sears compressor. I have mine on the large sliding tray and a...
