Having problems with kitchen slide sometimes sticking upon retraction. It’s the last of 3 slides slide to retract but sometimes grinds like the rails are missing the sprocket? Also seems to get stuck and intermittently simply stops as it begins to retract. With swtich on the power just dies...

Appreciate you sharing your experience. I have come to a similar conclusion and will be selling or trading it off while the delamination is minor. Likely will take a loss but at least it won't be a write-off.

Thanks. I think the faucet is a Moen based upon viewing various UTube repair videos and comparing. Replacement of the internal components on a Moen seems pretty straightforward. So depending upon the cost I may try this first.

I just have a quick question on replacing the pressure relief valve on my Atwood hot water tank. The valve recently started leaking a bit and does not want to stop. Tried releasing the pressure by turning the pressure clip but still a small drip. I think I will just replace the 3/4" valve...

Do I need a new water pump? The water pump in my 2013 Big Country has rattled excessively since I bought it. I tried sliding foam tube covering over as many of the plastic lines as I could reach . That didn't work very well. The rattle seems to be coming directly from the outflow at the pump...

Floor in one spot by bedroom closet seems to be loose and lifting slightly. I can feel a floor screw pushing up through the carpet. Not sure what lies beneath the carpet and wood floor. Wondering if others have had a similar problem? I am am thinking I will have to screw through the floor...
