    Cut my hydraulic line

Thanks everyone for the recommendations. I have decided to open the under belly to locate which slide it attaches to and use the local NAPA to make me a hose. Of course when we are able to travel across the CANADA/USA border without all this testing etc.

    Cut my hydraulic line

I cut my hydraulic line opening up my underbelly looking for a water leak. I am in Canada and my trailer is in Montana. I only have seen it once in over 2 years and want to get it fixed as soon as I am able to get over the border next month. It is parked in a very remote area. I am 90 mins from...

    Water leaking outdoor kitchen

We moved our trailer this spring and have it permanently park on a piece of land. With the door closed to out outdoor kitchen/bar, we have had rain water come in and flood the area just inside the door. That is also when I noticed the door is not square and rubs in the bottom right corner when...

    Replacing Southco baggage slam latch

I quickly looked at our new latches and the old. Do you have to drill out the rivets on the old black plastic plate?

Mounting Paper Towel Holder Under Upper Cabinet

Thanks for all the advice. My wife and I have decided to bolt it through into the inside of the floor of the upper cabinet with washers and cut off the bolts. We have a tray in there anyways with a 1/4" clearance under it. I will post pictures when we get to it.

    Moving Loose Shower Head Mount

Our shower head mount that hold our Oxygenics Brushed nickel shower head keeps coming loose and before I move it up higher on the wall, I want to know about if there is anything I need to know before hand. I should also probably use the mount that came in the box as well and stainless steel...

Suburban HW Heater Secondary Switch Outside Seized

I noticed no hot water on weekend on 120volt. Investigated and the outside secondary switch is stuck in the on position. As well the black housing around the switch appears damaged/cracked. I didn't have time to look into it further but my guess is it shorted out in behind. We are parked full...

Mounting Paper Towel Holder Under Upper Cabinet

Looking for advise/recommendation on installing the attach metal paper towel dispenser under my upper corner cabinet over the island. The towel holder will be installed with 2 screws on the one end (see image) so there would be some good leverage if pressure was applied on the other end. The...

    Replacing Southco baggage slam latch

Well I went ahead and we decided to order in from RVLock. A keyless entry and a keyless slam door for UDC, since I always shut my water off inside with a ball valve when we step out so 1 click of the fob from the vehicle will work. Wife likes the idea of going to bed when I am still up around...

    Replacing Southco baggage slam latch

Thanks Jim, I missed this one on their website. Going to talk to wife this weekend so we can decide. - - - Updated - - - Global Link is what I was considering. Did they install fairly easy? I know there will probably be some mods no matter what I change too. - - - Updated - - - I am...

    Replacing Southco baggage slam latch

Hello, without breaking the bank, what would be the best way to change the Southco baggage lock or latch to make it a little more secure? I know it wouldn't take much to get in but I want to eliminate the R001 key that all my neighbors have. Would the "global link baggage door latch" install...

Dimmer switch for awning LED lights?

I just replaced my factory installed single colour LED lighting strip and added in the one colour light remote like in a previous picture. I ended up sticking the sensor down the awning arm and need to point the remote up the bottom of the awning arm. Works great...

    Thetford toilet issues

Re: Tetford toilet issues My unit uses 2 of these Thetford commodes built early 2013. Both don't hold water and our main has flooded once as it kept filling. Glad it was only about 5 gallons and it was 110F outside to dry everything out. Thetford told me that I have 3 things that need replacing...
